En un video publicado por el Estado Islámico yihadistas de nacionalidad francesa queman sus pasaportes nacionales y llaman a sus correligionarios musulmanes a «aterrorizar a Francia».

El Estado Islámico ha difundido un video en que varios yihadistas de nacionalidad francesa queman sus pasaportes nacionales en una hoguera, informa ‘The Daily Mail’. En la grabación los individuos hablan en francés y explican las razones de su acción.

«No creemos en ustedes ni en sus pasaportes y si vienen aquí les combatiremos», afirma uno de los militantes. El otro, identificado como Abú Mayam Al Faransi, amenaza con castigar a todos los musulmanes residentes en Francia que no se unan a las filas del Estado Islámico. En el caso de no desplazarse a Siria e Irak para combatir, según los terroristas, tendrían la obligación de actuar dentro de Francia. «Aterrorícenles para que no puedan ni dormir por el miedo y horror», termina su discurso Al Faransi. El video se ha publicado solo días después de que la inteligencia francesa haya descubierto que entre los yihadistas que grabaron la decapitación de un rehén estadounidense Peter Kassig y los 18 soldados sirios fueron identificado dos de sus ciudadanos.

Debido a la propaganda para el reclutamiento del Estado Islámico se calcula que aproximadamente un millar de franceses han salido del país para combatir con el grupo yihadista, superando así a todos los países europeos en términos numéricos. Al mismo tiempo, el Ministerio de Defensa del país ya ha anunciado que Francia aumentará su participación en la coalición antiyihadista enviando más aviones de combate para atacar las posiciones del EI en Oriente Medio.
