LA CAÍDA DEL MURO DE BERLIN Y SUS CONSECUENCIAS

Vamos a la tertulia del University College

El moderador interviene:” hoy los titulares de prensa destacan la reunión de Angela Merkel, Nicolas Sarkozy y Dimitri Medvédev  que discuten,( en Deauville, la gran ciudad balneario de la costa normanda), la creación de un comité político y de seguridad euro-ruso que pudiera «asociar» a Moscú a la política común europea de seguridad y defensa. Por otro lado, también se comenta en los periódicos:  que el plan franco-alemán para cambiar el Tratado abre una batalla en la UE.y que Sarkozy y Merkel acordaron mayor dureza contra los infractores.

El primero interviene:” veo que todo está revuelto y hay que remontarse a la era de Gorbachov, que fracasó en su intento de mantener unida las Republicas soviéticas y el osado de Yeltsin se hizo con el poder en la republica más importante de Rusia y  a consecuencia de eso la  URSS se derrumbó”,”.Me acuerdo de Gorbachov que,en su visita a España con el presidente Bush en  1989), decía que había perdido todo el mando, el hombre que fue el más poderoso del mundo”.

Interrumpe el segundo; “la caída del muro de Berlín, cambió las estrategias mundiales de defensa y la Otan carecía de sentido, porque representaba una amenaza contra la URSS, que en el fondo se había desvanecido”.

“Después de la caída del muro se ha dicho de la importancia de la Otan en los antiguos países de la URSS, pero todo es opinable. La desintegración de los antiguos países de la Unión soviética, era un fenómeno inevitable y todavía Europa y Estados unidos no se fiaban de Rusia, pero ahora se viven nuevos tiempos y nos preocupa el terrorismo del Islam ,  la amenaza de Irán si consigue la bomba atómica.”

EL tercero  teoriza:” los europeos nos unimos por los intereses económicos en un principio, el “famoso mercado común” y ahí……. nos deberíamos   haber parado y reflexionar sobre como queríamos la Unión Europea.Todo lo hemos hecho al revés y con precipitación. Es una pena que  los grandes problemas que tiene la humanidad se lo dejemos de forma total a los políticos establecidos. No cabe duda que  algunos son de gran valía ,pero una mayoría son vividores que quieren trepar  y sin una suficiente preparación. Por eso yo soy partidario de los movimientos como el Coffee Party que tratan de seguir las actuaciones de los gobiernos y censuran sus equivocaciones y tratan de encontrar soluciones.

En las campañas electorales se busca la imagen del político que da votos y si no tiene imagen fuera. Los temas son muy serios para ser tratados tan frívolamente. Pocas veces se oye que un político se haya arruinado por su actividad, más bien se han enriquecido a niveles inadmisibles. Cuanto me gustaría que cuando un político se retirase se le tuviese que ayudar económicamente, porque se quedó sin un duro .

Para los consejeros de la Presidencia de Obama, sus objetivos son que pueda ser elegido en un segundo mandato, pero los del Coffee party, pueden tener sus dudas, por el precio que tenga que pagar por su reelección.”

El cuarto aparece , a mi me parece muy bien la unión de La Unión Europea con Rusia y que se suprima la Otan,es de sentido común, pero los políticos  a veces por su pequeñez de miras  lo embrollan todo

El quinto comenta:” hay que estar en la actualidad, Rusia puede ser muy útil para acabar con la Guerra de Afganistán, que en el fondo es una guerra mundial contra una población religiosa, que discrepa profundamente con las costumbres occidentales y hay que admitir la diversidad de culturas  y no considerar la cultura occidental como un dogma.”

The moderator intervenes:» today the headlines in the press highlights the meeting of Angela Merkel, Nicolas Sarkozy and Dimitri Medvédev that discussed,( in Deauville, the big city spa of the Normandy coast), the creation of a political and security euro-russian that could «associate» to Moscow to the common European policy on security and defense.

On the other hand, it also says in the newspapers: that the plan franco-german to change the Treaty opens a battle in the EU.and that Sarkozy and Merkel agreed more harshly against offenders

The first intervenes:» i see that everything is upset and have to go back to the era of Gorbachev, who failed in their attempt to keep the Soviet Republics and the daring of Yeltsin took power in the republic more important in Russia and as a result the USSR collapsed»,».remembrance of Gorbachev that,in his visit to Spain with president Bush in 1989), said that he had lost all command, the man who was the most powerful of the world».

There is no doubt that some are of great value ,but a majority are freeloaders who want climb and without adequate preparation.

In the electoral campaigns are looking for the image of political giving votes and if you have no image outside. The issues are very serious to be treated so frivolously. Rarely hears that a politician has been ruined by its activity, rather, they have enriched to unacceptable levels. As i would like that when a politician to withdraw it would have to help economically, because it was without money

For the advisory of the Presidency of Obama, its objectives are to be elected in a second term, but the Coffee party, can have their doubts, at the price that he have to pay for his re-election.»

The fourth appears, it seems to me very well the union of the European Union with Russia and the deletion of the Nato,it is common sense, but the politicians sometimes by its smallness of view what entangled throughout

The fifth says:» there are to be at present, Russia can be very helpful to end the war in Afghanistan, which in the fund is a global war against a population religious, that he disagrees deeply with the customs western and we have to admit the diversity of cultures and not to consider the western culture as a dogma.»
