Interviene el moderador: Klamer, que es profesor de Economía de Arte y Cultura en la Universidad Erasmus en Rotterdam, dice que la  unión política  se debe formar ahora,con una mayor coordinación fiscal y una mejor política social que apoye al euro. De acuerdo con Klamer, la mejor estrategia para Grecia sería devaluar su propia moneda, para hacer de su país mucho más barato, y usar eso como el comienzo de un nuevo esfuerzo para organizar la actividad comercial en las condiciones que les permitan vender y exportar

Klamer dice aferrarse al euro con todos los sacrificios, renunciando a los intereses nacionales en nombre de los europeos es «un mensaje que es muy difícil de vender en época de elecciones.

Así que si usted camina alrededor de Bruselas, te sientes como la Unión Europea es una realidad. Pero tan pronto como esté fuera de Bruselas y caminar  por  los países de  el resto de Europa, entonces se ve que Bruselas está muy lejos de la Unión «.
