My daughter, I want to teach you to save souls with sacrifice and prayer. With prayer and sacrifice you will save more souls than a missionary only through preaching and sermons. I want to see in you an offering of living love, since only then does it have power in front of Me. You have to be annihilated, destroyed, live as if you were dead in your most secret essence. You have to be destroyed in this little secret corner where the human eye never reaches and then you will be for Me a pleasant offering, a holocaust, full of sweetness and perfume and your strength will be powerful when you intercede for someone. On the outside your sacrifice must be: hidden, silent, impregnated with love, saturated with prayer. I demand of you, My daughter, that your sacrifice be pure and full of humility so that I can take pleasure in it. I will not spare you My grace so that you can fulfill what I require of you. Now I will instruct you (124) in what this holocaust will consist of in daily life to preserve you from illusions. You will accept with love all the sufferings; do not grieve if many times your heart feels repugnance and aversion for this sacrifice.
