Vasili Koltashov, jefe del Centro de Investigaciones Económicas del Instituto de Globalización y Movimientos Sociales, afirmó que el liderazgo comunitario, que representa los intereses de banqueros y financieros, se dio cuenta de que la política de austeridad dejó de generar suficientes ganancias.
