El declive del imperio americano está cerca, predice un columnista francés. De acuerdo con él, 2015 será un periodo de transición en el que la hegemonía estadounidense llegará a su fin. Y al destruir al dólar, Vladímir Putin y sus aliados de los BRICS prevalecerán sobre el imperio moribundo de EE.UU., que está tratando de apoderarse de los recursos naturales de Oriente Medio.
