Interviene el primero:\u00a0 esta\u00a0 reuni\u00f3n, demuestra que se prev\u00e9 un cambio en la situaci\u00f3n mundial. Cambio que era inevitable despu\u00e9s de la\u00a0 ca\u00edda del tel\u00f3n de acero. El tema es acertar porque todo es muy complejo. Por lo que se ve dentro de la Uni\u00f3n Europea hay tres grupos distintos respecto la nueva estrategia de la OTAN.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le interumpe el segundo cu\u00e1les son?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le responde:<\/strong> el n\u00facleo duro de Europa (Alemania, Francia y sus aliados del sur de Europa), los atlantistas (es decir, Gran Breta\u00f1a y los pa\u00edses del Benelux) y el grupo constituido por los miembros m\u00e1s recientes de la OTAN de Europa Central.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para el primer grupo de pa\u00edses, lo que cuenta ante todo es la integraci\u00f3n de Rusia en el sistema de seguridad europea. El segundo grupo aboga sobre todo por el mantenimiento de unas relaciones lo m\u00e1s cercanas posibles con Estados Unidos y considera que el reto principal es la lucha contra el terrorismo. Para los pa\u00edses del tercer grupo, <\/span><\/span>la amenaza es Rusia<\/span><\/span><\/a>,<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el segundo: se te ve muy enterado, pero yo creo que el acercamiento de Rusia a la OTAN est\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de compartir el escudo antimisiles ante la amenaza de Ir\u00e1n y Corea del Norte<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el tercero: Turqu\u00eda est\u00e1 en\u00a0 el centro del conflicto, Sarkozy no la quiere en la Uni\u00f3n Europea, porque son de otra cultura y es un error, pues para acabar con los conflictos de la guerra contra el Islam deberemos acercarnos \u00a0lo m\u00e1s posible a\u00a0 los musulmanes. Y la Alianza de las Civilizaciones, que algunos la infravaloran es un instrumento esencial para la convivencia de personas con buena voluntad aunque tengan diferentes creencias religiosas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Interrumpe el cuarto: tienes toda la raz\u00f3n, lo que le ha quitado popularidad a Obama es su acercamiento al Islam al defender la mezquita cerca de la zona cero. Se ve que Obama tiene m\u00e1s olfato pol\u00edtico, tal vez por sus ra\u00edces africanas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aparece el quinto: si Rusia se integra en la Otan deber\u00e1 suavizar sus relaciones con los musulmanes de Chechenia y del C\u00e1ucaso. En estos momentos se debe ser consciente que estamos en una guerra mundial y lo primer\u00edsimo es la paz, que se ha de conseguir con el dialogo y la negociaci\u00f3n \u00a1fuera\u00a0 las armas!.<\/span><\/p>\n
