Vamos a la tertulia del Colegio Mayor<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el primero: es un tema muy espec\u00edfico.\u00a0Vegetaci\u00f3n\u00a0 natural, es aquella en que se conservan bien \u00a0los valores de la naturaleza: como los bosques, pastizales, turberas etc,que mantiene un alto grado de biodiversidad.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Aparece el segundo, no est\u00e1 mal tu definici\u00f3n ,pero yo me pregunto \u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Vegetaci\u00f3n artificial?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La Red Natura 2000 surge\u00a0 para \u00a0la conservaci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitats naturales y de la fauna y flora silvestres a nivel de la Union Europea y el tema de biodiversidad fue tratado en la cumbre de Rio de Janeiro sobre medio Ambiente y desarrollo \u00a0en el 1992 y de all\u00ed surgi\u00f3 el\u00a0Convenio sobre Diversidad Biol\u00f3gica .Sus objetivos son: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00abla conservaci\u00f3n de la <\/strong><\/span>biodiversidad<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, el uso sostenible de sus componentes y la participaci\u00f3n justa y equitativa de los beneficios resultantes de la utilizaci\u00f3n de los recursos gen\u00e9ticos\u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

El cuarto aparece \u00a0:cuanto sabe este tio,pero a mi parece que todos estos temas quedan en decretos, legislaciones, normativas de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, pero las cosas van a peor<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Aparece el quinto que es un agricultor.: A mi me parece que todos estos se\u00f1oritos de Bruselas, no se enteran de la realidad de nuestras agricultura, la PAC,vamos la pol\u00edtica agraria comunitaria no se aclara, primero te dicen que produzcas, y te pagaban por la producci\u00f3n y ahora que \u00a0se puso de moda el\u00a0 desarrollo sostenible y el cambio clim\u00e1tico, te pagan porque no produzcas a condici\u00f3n de conservar el paisaje<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Le interrumpe el primero: no seas tan derrotista, si es verdad que a alto nivel en la Union Europea hay divergencias entre lo responsables de la Red Natura 2000 y los que llevan la pol\u00edtica agr\u00edcola;\u00a0 pues los primeros \u00a0se inclinan por la protecci\u00f3n de especies solamente\u00a0 en lugares muy restringidos (LIC) y los segundos se ocupan del campo en general donde existe ALTOS VALORE NATURALES ( HNV)\u00a0 que nadie se preocupa por ellos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Le contesta el moderador: es un problema m\u00e1s complejo, \u00a0\u00a0te comento un caso\u00a0 concreto: se pretendi\u00f3 comprobar el estado de conservaci\u00f3n de los pastizales de monta\u00f1a en Espa\u00f1a\u00a0 por la U.E trabajo,que exigia tiempo y expertos cualificados y\u00a0 el informe no debi\u00f3 salir \u00a0de los despachos\u00a0 ,porque no hab\u00eda ni dinero suficiente \u00a0y\u00a0 ni se busc\u00f3\u00a0 al personal verdaderamente cualificado para ese tipo de valoraci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Vuelve el segundo: veo claro eso de la definici\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n natural: como las zonas de bosques , matorrales y pastizales de la Reserva integral de Muniellos (Asturias) \u00a0y como artificial los cultivos llevados por el hombre, pero \u00bf Qu\u00e9 es eso de vegetaci\u00f3n semi-natural?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Le responde \u201cel enterado\u201d: tu pregunta est\u00e1 muy bien hecha, est\u00e1 relacionada con los temas que trata \u201c European Forum on Nature Conservation and Pastoralism<\/em> (EFNCP)\u201d, cuando habla de de vegetaci\u00f3n semi-natural al referirse\u00a0 a determinadas paisajes, sobre todo de monta\u00f1a, donde se ha practicado una agricultura de baja intensidad, es decir sin fertilizantes artificiales, pesticidas, herbicidas etc.,y para ellos defienden \u201cLos altos valores naturales de la a agricultura\u201d( HNV) . <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
