Un nuevo estudio revela que la soja gen\u00e9ticamente modificada acumula formaldeh\u00eddo carcin\u00f3geno y altera su capacidad natural de controlar el estr\u00e9s. Los investigadores analizaron 6.497 experimentos de 184 instituciones cient\u00edficas llevados a cabo en\u00a023 pa\u00edses y detectaron<\/a>\u00a0en los granos de soja modificada gen\u00e9ticamente la acumulaci\u00f3n de formaldeh\u00eddo carcin\u00f3geno y una disminuci\u00f3n dr\u00e1stica de glutati\u00f3n, un antioxidante necesario para la desintoxicaci\u00f3n celular.<\/span><\/p>\n
