Se basa en un an\u00e1lisis comparativo de las pol\u00edticas y la din\u00e1mica social que caracterizan al pa\u00eds ib\u00e9rico hoy y \u2014por otro lado\u2014 las decisiones que tomaban los Gobiernos de\u00a0Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/a> a medida que sus econom\u00edas se deslizaban hacia una crisis en los a\u00f1os 1980 y sus consecuencias.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las medidas aplicadas actualmente en Espa\u00f1a, aseguran los investigadores, son las mismas que generaron grandes bolsones de pobreza <\/strong>y abismales niveles de desigualdad en aquellos pa\u00edses. Y eso que el punto de partida es diferente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Am\u00e9rica Latina tard\u00f3 25 a\u00f1os en reducir sus niveles de pobreza a los existentes<\/strong> en 1981<\/a>, cuando\u00a0comenz\u00f3 la crisis<\/a>. Tras cuatro a\u00f1os de crisis financiera, el pa\u00eds ya encabeza el ranking de desigualdad en la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>.
