En un comunicado oficial la Canciller\u00eda de Panam\u00e1, el \u00fanico pa\u00eds de Am\u00e9rica Latina que vot\u00f3 este jueves en contra de reconocer a Palestina como Estado <\/strong>observador de la ONU, alega que debe \u201cprimero negociar de forma directa un\u00a0proceso de paz con Israel<\/a> en el que se reconozca el derecho del pa\u00eds hebreo a su seguridad\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
