Los cient\u00edficos estadounidenses han descubierto en el lago Vida, en el continente ant\u00e1rtico,<\/strong> unas bacterias que han estado aisladas del ambiente exterior durante 3.000 a\u00f1os, logrando sobrevivir en unas condiciones extremadamente severas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los investigadores extrajeron muestras de agua del lago, que se encuentra bajo una capa de 20 metros de hielo y ha estado aislado del ambiente exterior durante cerca de 3.000 a\u00f1os.<\/strong> Descubrieron que su agua es una fuerte soluci\u00f3n salina, que no contiene ox\u00edgeno<\/a>, pero tiene mol\u00e9culas de nitratos, nitritos y prot\u00f3xido de nitr\u00f3geno.<\/span><\/p>\n

U.S. scientists have discovered in Lake Vida, in the Antarctic, a bacteria that have been isolated from the outside environment for 3,000 years, surviving in extremely harsh conditions.
