El fallo es un gran avance para Merkel y permite que la luz verde de la doble estrategia est\u00e1 a favor de los dos rescates y la disciplina presupuestari<\/strong>a en la forma de la ESM y el pacto fiscal. The ruling is a breakthrough for Merkel and allows th<\/strong>e go-ahead of the two-pronged approach she favours of both bailouts and budgetary discipline in the form of the ESM and the fiscal pact. She said the decision sent a strong signal of Germany’s commitment to Europe, and was positive news for German taxpayers, who she said had been provided with certainty.<\/span><\/p>\n
