La primera cumbre de Fran\u00e7ois Hollande<\/a> en Bruselas ha dejado a la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/a> m\u00e1s dividida, <\/strong>pero con la vocaci\u00f3n de abrir \u00abuna nueva etapa\u00bb en la Uni\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Monetaria con pol\u00edticas fiscales comunes. El presidente franc\u00e9s se ha atrevido a cruzar las l\u00edneas rojas de Angela Merkel<\/a><\/strong> –eurobonos, recapitalizar los bancos con el fondo de rescate<\/strong> y una mayor intervenci\u00f3n del BCE<\/a>– y ha encontrado el respaldo de la mayor\u00eda de sus socios<\/span><\/p>\n

Hollande ha insistido en la creaci\u00f3n de eurobonos que mutualicen la deuda<\/strong> de los pa\u00edses del euro y permitan a los m\u00e1s vulnerables financiarse al tipo de inter\u00e9s m\u00e1s bajo posible<\/strong>. Mientras el Estado alem\u00e1n ha logrado colocar este mi\u00e9rcoles 4.600 millones de euros a dos a\u00f1os sin tener que pagar nada por ello, los inversores exigen a Espa\u00f1a e Italia hasta un 6% para comprar su deuda<\/strong>. Por ello, el presidente franc\u00e9s ha subrayado que los eurobonos son un instrumento \u00abde integraci\u00f3n\u00bb necesario y \u00ableg\u00edtimo\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n
