La mejor forma para descartar una posible colonizaci\u00f3n por chinches es comprobar si hay peque\u00f1as manchas de sangre en la cama y buscar excrementos y huevos<\/strong>. \u201cLo primero es inspeccionar el colch\u00f3n, el cabecero, el somier y la ropa de cama<\/span><\/p>\n

Las chinches de la cama son insectos de actividad nocturna que se alimentan exclusivamente de sangre, preferentemente humana<\/strong>, por lo que suelen alojarse en lugares pr\u00f3ximos a su fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n. Colchones, mesillas de noche, sof\u00e1s, armarios, ropa de cama o somieres, son un refugio habitual<\/strong> de estos insectos que producen molestas picaduras y que se ha convertido de nuevo en un problema social a nivel mundial.<\/span><\/p>\n
