destaca que la bajada de precios de la vivienda continuar\u00e1 hasta pasado el a\u00f1o 2015 y que no se espera que se recuperen los niveles actuales antes del 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Para Rodr\u00edguez de Acu\u00f1a, el sector inmobiliario \u00abha tocado techo en Espa\u00f1a\u00bb y ha dejado de ser el \u00abmotor\u00bb de la econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola. <strong>\u00abAunque muchos piensen lo contrario, este sector no se va a reactivar nunca porque no hay demanda<\/strong> y no se va a absorber el exceso de oferta que hay\u00bb, ha destaca como una <strong>de las causas \u00abprincipales\u00bb de que no se vaya a vender <\/strong>ese &#8216;stock&#8217; de vivienda es la <strong>disminuci\u00f3n de la generaci\u00f3n de hogares, \u00abprovocada por la emigraci\u00f3n de muchos espa\u00f1oles en busca de empleo<\/strong>, el contexto de ejecuciones hipotecarias, la crisis de liquidez del sistema bancario y las medidas fiscales large;\">Rodr\u00edguez de Acu\u00f1a ha asegurado que <strong>casi el 80% de las 607.257 viviendas problem\u00e1ticas<\/strong> que tienen los bancos <strong>son propiedad de las cajas de ahorros<\/strong>, \u00abpues los bancos provisionaron mejor y no se expusieron tanto al ladrillo, sobre todo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os del &#8216;boom&#8217;
