EL moderador comenta: El general al mando de las tropas de la OTAN en Afganist\u00e1n, David Petraeus, consider\u00f3 que el llamamiento del presidente afgano, Hamid Karzai, a reducir las operaciones militares en el pa\u00eds, socava seriamente el esfuerzo de guerra de los aliados en la zona, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 \u00a0el diario \u00b4The Washigton Post.<\/span><\/p>\n

Karzari, ha manifestado varias veces que el santuario de Al-Qaeda, est\u00e1 en Pakist\u00e1n y que el gobierno paquistan\u00ed \u00a0no toma las medidas oportunas para contralar el refugio de los\u00a0 talibanes. Por otro lado \u00e9l ha manifestado su necesidad de colaborar con Ir\u00e1n en la pacificaci\u00f3n de Afganist\u00e1n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Interrumpe el primero: se impone unas negociaciones con los talibanes y es natural que en esas negociaciones pueden colaborar mejor los paisas vecinos con religi\u00f3n musulmana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aparece el segundo: a Estados Unidos,le conviene suavizar sus relaciones con Ir\u00e1n, y tal vez el tema nuclear est\u00e9 sobredimensionado y evite el acercamiento. Es muy bueno que Rusia se implique en la pacificaci\u00f3n de Afganistan, dadas sus buenas relaciones con Ir\u00e1n, podr\u00e1n ambos dialogar sobre como buscar un acercamiento a la poblaci\u00f3n afgana, respectando sus costumbres y\u00a0 d\u00e1ndoles las ayudas que ellos pidan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el tercero: es fundamental que en las negociaciones de paz pueda colaborar Rusia pa\u00eds vecino y ajeno al terrorismo de Al-Qaeda ,puede acercarse a la poblaci\u00f3n ofreciendo ayuda en la agricultura para frenar \u00a0la alarmante producci\u00f3n de droga que entra en su pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el cuarto: aunque Karzari, tiene fama de corrupto y eso no ayuda a la paz ,si es verdad, que ante \u00a0la muerte de civiles,se aumenta el odio contra las fuerzas invasoras.<\/span><\/p>\n

El quinto comenta: en la rueda de prensa de hoy, me ha gustado mucho la presencia de el secretario de la ONU, pues es una organizaci\u00f3n para la paz \u00a0\u00a0y su presencia en Afganist\u00e1n ser\u00eda muy bien vista, si se dedican a la ayuda humanitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n
