Vamos a la tertulia del University College<\/span><\/p>\n

El moderador interviene: La cumbre de la Otan en Lisboa despierta gran inter\u00e9s \u00a0por \u00a0tres razones \u00a0\u00a0: primera que se analiza la retirada de las tropas extranjeras de Afganistan ,segundo el dise\u00f1o de una nueva estrategia, sobre todo ante las amenazas de nuevos factores de riesgo como los cibern\u00e9ticos o los medioambientales y de factores multiplicadores (drivers<\/em>) de los anteriores,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0y la \u00a0tercera la nueva participaci\u00f3n de Rusia<\/span><\/p>\n

El\u00a0 primero comenta: el tema de la retirada de las tropas es esencial, no se puede reincidir en seguir comentando el error de invadir Afganist\u00e1n, pero una vez hecho hay que salir de \u00e9l como sea, pues el miedo de los americanos es tener que hacer una retirada como la Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n

Se impone una acci\u00f3n doble ,las conversaciones con los talibanes y la ya necesaria cooperaci\u00f3n de Rusia ante la ineficacia de Pakist\u00e1n en la frontera \u00a0con Afganist\u00e1n, incapaz de contener los atentados a los camiones con suministros de la Otan . \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Comenta el tercero: el presidente de la OTAN, reconoce la valiosa incorporaci\u00f3n de Rusia, no solo en la creaci\u00f3n de escudos antimisiles, sino en facilitarles la entrada de suministros por sus fronteras lim\u00edtrofes con Afganist\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Interrumpe el cuarto: ya se ve\u00eda la necesidad de incluir a Rusia, en la toma de decisiones sobre la Guerra de Afganist\u00e1n, y bueno es que \u00a0asista a la cumbre de Lisboa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el quinto: es natural que estas reuniones de los G-20, a nivel global se extienda a los temas tan \u00a0globales como es de Afganist\u00e1n. Los rusos tienen una amarga experiencia con ese pa\u00eds, perdieron la guerra y tuvieron que retirarse, su experiencia de diez a\u00f1os de guerra a puede\u00a0 ser \u00fatil\u00a0 para la OTAN.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el sexto: Rusia est\u00e1 muy preocupado por la droga que entra en su pa\u00eds v\u00eda Afganistan, tiene varios millones de drogadictos y una forma de luchar es destruir \u00a0los laboratorios de producci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Interviene el s\u00e9ptimo: Tambi\u00e9n no debemos olvidar que Rusia tiene el terrorismo Checheno, vinculado al Islam. Y se est\u00e1 demostrando que la nueva estrategia de la Otan \u00a0ya no son solo los ej\u00e9rcitos, sino la necesidad de contar con civiles preparados en psicolog\u00eda, para buscar acercamientos. Por eso, es excesiva la importancia mundial que se le da a Israel y que los EE UU le conceden. La guerra de Afganist\u00e1n no terminar\u00e1 hasta que se resuelva el conflicto \u00e1rabe -israel\u00ed<\/span><\/p>\n
