Extraordinary phenomena<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus Christ was aware that his message of the Kingdom of Heaven could only penetrate people if he did some extraordinary things, because not only did he cure the sick of leprosy and restore sight to the blind, but he raised the dead, walked through the waters from the lake and and stopped the strong winds and cursed a fig tree so that it would not bear more fruit<\/span><\/p>\n

At that time, as Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem, he was passing through the borders between Samaria and Galilee, and when he entered a town, ten leper men met him, standing at a distance and, raising their voices, said: Jesus, Master, have mercy on us! 44 And he who had died came out, bound his hands and feet with<\/span><\/p>\n

Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water towards Jesus.<\/span><\/p>\n

30 But when he felt the strong wind, he was afraid and began to sink. Then he yelled:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abLord, save me!\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

31 Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and, holding him down, rebuked him:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00abMan of little faith!\u00bb Why did you hesitate?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

32 When they got into the boat, the wind died down.<\/span><\/p>\n
