Pek\u00edn y Mosc\u00fa son miembros permanentes del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU, lo que supone derecho de veto. <\/span>

El pasado 8 de agosto el Banco de Rusia y el Banco Nacional de China firmaron un proyecto de acuerdo para cerrar los contratos de permuta financiera (‘swap’) en divisas nacionales. Mosc\u00fa y Pek\u00edn discuten tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n de un sistema de acuerdos entre bancos que podr\u00eda convertirse en un an\u00e1logo del sistema internacional SWIFT, creado en 1973 en Bruselas para regular la cotizaci\u00f3n del d\u00f3lar (desde aquel momento todas las ventas de petr\u00f3leo han sido efectuadas en d\u00f3lares).
