Seg\u00fan Tayler, Obama justifica esta pol\u00edtica debido al proyecto de ley propuesto en el Senado de Estados Unidos en mayo pasado denominado decreto de prevenci\u00f3n ante una agresi\u00f3n de Rusia, el cual es considerado por el periodista como \u00abdescabellado\u00bb ya que pretender destruir \u00abtodo lo que queda de las relaciones entre Rusia y Estados Unidos\u00bb. Por ejemplo, en el decreto se puede inferir sobre el despliegue militar de la OTAN en la regi\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses b\u00e1lticos y el aumento del desarrollo del sistema de escudo antimisiles bajo la colaboraci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s miembros de la OTAN en Europa.<\/span>

Asimismo, Tayler tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala lo dif\u00edcil que ser\u00e1 intimidar a Putin aplicando sanciones econ\u00f3micas, ya que esta pol\u00edtica est\u00e1 produciendo un efecto contrario al esperado en Washington que se traduce en el aumento de la popularidad del presidente ruso frente a los bajos \u00edndices de aprobaci\u00f3n de Obama. \u00abWashington est\u00e1 agravando la crisis en Ucrania al negarse a considerar otras opciones, como establecer un di\u00e1logo serio con Mosc\u00fa\u00bb, manifest\u00f3 Tayler, a\u00f1adiendo que no es el momento preciso para pretender que Ucrania se una a la OTAN y al mismo tiempo terminar la comunicaci\u00f3n con Rusia, a menos que pueda justificar por qu\u00e9 Estados Unidos y Europa prefieren prescindir de buenas y fructuosas relaciones comerciales con Mosc\u00fa durante mucho tiempo.<\/span>

According to Tayler, Obama justifies this policy due to the draft law proposed in the United States Senate last May called Decree of prevention against an attack from Russia, which is considered by the journalist as \u00abpreposterous\u00bb that seek to destroy \u00aball that’s left of the relations between Russia and the United States\u00bb. For example, the decree can be inferred about deploying NATO’s military in the region of the Baltic countries and the increase of development of shield system missile under the cooperation of the other members of NATO in Europe.<\/span>

In addition, Tayler also points out how difficult that will intimidate Putin applying economic sanctions, since this policy is producing an opposite to the expected effect in Washington, resulting in the increase of the popularity of the Russian President against the low rates of adoption of Obama. \u00abWashington is worsening the crisis in Ukraine by refusing to consider other options, such as establishing a serious dialogue with Moscow,\u00bb said Tayler, adding that it is not the right time to pretend that Ukraine is a NATO and at the same time end the communication with Russia, unless you can justify why United States and Europe prefer to dispense with good and fruitful trade relations with Moscow for a long time.<\/span>
