El grupo\u00a0Estado Isl\u00e1mico<\/a> (EI) ha publicado un\u00a0video<\/a> en el que sus milicias aparecen frente a la entrada del mayor campo\u00a0petrolero sirio Al\u00a0Omar, en la frontera con Irak.\u00a0Anteriormente, el campo Al Omar permaneci\u00f3 bajo el control de los rebeldes sirios del Frente al Nusra, informa el portal web ‘Business Insider’<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nSeg\u00fan la ONG Observatorio Sirio para los Derechos Humanos, el Frente al Nusra ha abandonado las localidades de Mayadin y Shuhail, dejando de esta manera la mayor parte de la provincia de Deir ez-Zor en manos del grupo Estado Isl\u00e1mico, informa el diario ‘Gulf News’<\/a>. Precisamente, en esta provincia se encuentran localizados los mayores campos petroleros del pa\u00eds, que ahora controla el EI, confirma la ONG.\u00a0Solamente la capital de la provincia es controlada por el Gobierno del presidente Bashar Al Assad.<\/span><\/p>\n

La ONG informa que mientras el Frente Al Nusra se retir\u00f3, las tribus locales se han aliado con EI. Anteriormente, una rama del Frente Al Nusra, que se considera vinculada con Al Qaeda, tambi\u00e9n se uni\u00f3 con el EI, mientras el resto de sus miembros est\u00e1n luchando contra la expansi\u00f3n de este movimiento, informa la agencia Ria Novosti. Seg\u00fan la ONG, el EI ahora controla en Siria un territorio cinco veces m\u00e1s grande que su vecino L\u00edbano.
