The drastic cuts in the budgets for health and education \u00abhave led to a disturbing development in the poverty of families\u00bb in Spain, according to a report by the Council of Europe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A <\/span>delegation<\/span> of this body visited the country between 3 and June 7 of this year and analyzed how the living conditions have changed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Children have been disproportionately affected by the cuts in the social, health and education budgets, and the decrease of family benefits has led to some children to live in poverty and have nutrition problems,\u00bbstressed the Council of Europe in his report.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
