La Ley de Obtentores de Vegetales, conocida como la Ley Monsanto, que obliga a pagar por el uso de semillas transg\u00e9nica<\/strong>s, amenaza la soberan\u00eda alimenticia de Chile, seg\u00fan Claudia Pailef, consejera nacional ind\u00edgena en la regi\u00f3n de Los Lagos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed, Haroldo Salvo-Garrido, director del Centro de Gen\u00f3mica Nutricional Agroacu\u00edcola (CGNA) sostiene que la ley no contempla la utilizaci\u00f3n de la transgenia, sino que establece un marco de protecci\u00f3n en torno a los derechos intelectuales s<\/strong>obre la creaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de variedades nuevas.<\/span><\/p>\n
