Seg\u00fan las proyecciones del gobierno chino, en el a\u00f1o 2020 el producto bruto nacional ser\u00e1 de 4 trillones de d\u00f3lares, cuatro veces m\u00e1s que el actual, y el ingreso per c\u00e1pita ser\u00e1 tres veces superior al actual. Y eso se traducir\u00e1 en el nacimiento de una enorme clase media china, que num\u00e9ricamente ser\u00e1 mayor que toda la poblaci\u00f3n de los Estados Unidos o de Europa, y que transformar\u00e1 la econom\u00eda mundial tal como la conocemos hoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Los m\u00e1s pesimistas afirman por el contrario,\u00a0 que la corrupci\u00f3n impregna la vida econ\u00f3mica y p\u00fablica China hasta niveles de funcionarios urbanos locales y tiene enormes consecuencias de clase: Realzando el poder, la propiedad y los privilegios de la riqueza; aumentando los impuestos a los campesinos, deteriorando los servicios p\u00fablicos y eliminando las inversiones p\u00fablicas que benefician a la clase obrera urbana<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Interviene el primero, no has comentado la contaminaci\u00f3n: El 70% de los r\u00edos chinos est\u00e1n contaminados, la lluvia \u00e1cida afecta a un tercio del territorio, y m\u00e1s de 300 millones de personas no tienen acceso a agua segura. Sin duda, los casos de Linfen y Tianying, ubicadas en el centro del pa\u00eds, llaman la atenci\u00f3n por el grado extremo de poluci\u00f3n, pero, salvo las regiones de T\u00edbet y Xinjiang, todo el territorio de China es perjudicial para la salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El tercero a\u00f1ade: Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo estudio realizado por cient\u00edficos chinos, el 40 de los mam\u00edferos y el 76 de la flora est\u00e1n en peligro de extinci\u00f3n, China cuenta con 16 de las 20 ciudades con m\u00e1s poluci\u00f3n del globo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Interviene el cuarto: Millones de obreros de la construcci\u00f3n, mineros, servidores dom\u00e9sticos y trabajadores de cadena de montaje trabajaron en las condiciones m\u00e1s abominables: Las jornadas m\u00e1s largas, las peores condiciones de seguridad, la paga m\u00e1s baja y las peores condiciones sanitarias de trabajo y las peor reguladas de Asia produjeron m\u00e1rgenes de beneficios enormes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Interviene el quinto: comenta un visitante de China lo siguiente:! <em>Al pie de los rascacielos de la avenida central de Beijing, el Changan Boulevard, hay una flamante tienda de Rolls Royce. El crecimiento chino no s\u00f3lo cre\u00f3 una nueva clase media, sino una nueva clase de super-ricos, que logr\u00f3 su legitimaci\u00f3n definitiva en 2004 cuando el Parlamento chino enmend\u00f3 la Constituci\u00f3n para establecer que \u201cla propiedad privada y leg\u00edtima de los ciudadanos es inviolable\u201d, y que \u201cel Estado, de conformidad con las leyes vigentes, debe proteger los derechos de la propiedad privada de los ciudadanos, como tambi\u00e9n los de su herencia\u201d.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>ya existen unos 10 mil empresarios chinos que han superado la barrera de diez millones de d\u00f3lares cada uno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Interviene el sexto: La primera impresi\u00f3n de cualquier visitante en Beijing, sin dudas, es de perplejidad total por la rapidez y el entusiasmo con que un pa\u00eds que hace tan s\u00f3lo veinte a\u00f1os era conocido por sus hambrunas y su cerraz\u00f3n al resto del mundo se ha convertido del comunismo al consumismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Vuelve el moderador: Todos estos datos que tenemos nos pueden dar una idea de la situaci\u00f3n actual de China, pero los tiempos que corren con la crisis no son los que albergan la esperanza que el capitalismo de China no siga progresando.
